PinIt!Thomas & Amber were so much fun to photograph for their engagement photos. Since the couple lives in Lovelock, NV, it made sense that I travel to them for their photos and have them show me around their stomping grounds. They didn't let me down - I was in photographer's heaven. Who would have thought this small town could provide so many photographic backgrounds?
We started in the heart of downtown Lovelock at the Courthouse, which is surrounded by a cute park and is the home of Lovers Lock Plaza where lovers attach padlocks to an "endless chain" to symbolize their love. This was the perfect place to start our session. From there, they took me to a rundown warehouse, knowing my love for grungy buildings. To end our session, we took some photos with Amber's horse, LV. Weather-wise, we lucked out. During the entire photo session it looked like a storm was coming in, but it never rained!
The best part about the session was the couple. These two are so cute with each other, there were many times while I was photographing that I didn't have to say much because they couldn't keep their hands off of each other. Congratulations, Thomas & Amber, on your engagement and I look forward to capturing your wedding day!
